For the past 8 years I have been a firefighter spread across two Fire and Rescue Services. Cornwall County Fire Brigade, and the West Midlands Fire Service. During this time I have been fortunate enough to work with the amazing crews of various Air Ambulance Charities. Including the more recently The Midlands Air Ambulance. Not only have I seen the work they do first hand, but I also know people who would not be here today if it was not for the amazing work they do.

So I have decided to set myself some challenges and allow you to challenge me to some.
